You can use the calculator without an account or sign-up.
The times, breaks and pay rates you enter are processed in your browser. They are not sent to our servers.
Your entries are saved on your own device so they are there next time. You can delete them with the Reset all button.
We do not sell your personal information.
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tools.

2. Who we are

This site, vionaer.online, and the Payroll Hours Calculator are run by the site owner (“we,” “us”). You can reach us at contact@vionaer.online.

3. Information we handle

Calculator entries

When you use the calculator, the start times, end times, breaks, hourly rate, currency and overtime settings you enter stay in your browser. The calculation runs on your device. We do not receive this information and cannot see it.

To save you from typing it again, the page stores your entries in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device. See the Cookies Policy.

Messages you send us

The contact form opens your email app with a message addressed to us. If you send it, we receive your name, your email address and your message, plus anything else you include. We use this only to reply to you and to improve the site.

Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when a page is requested. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

To run and secure the website.

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep reasonable records. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time under its own policies. Calculator entries stay on your device until you delete them or clear your browser data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or limit how it is used, or to receive a copy of it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To make a request, write to contact@vionaer.online. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. Remember that your calculator entries are on your own device, so you can remove them yourself with Reset all or by clearing your browser’s site data.

9. Children

This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is meant to be served over HTTPS. Because your calculator entries are not sent to our servers, they are not exposed to us or in transit to us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Links to other sites

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

12. If our tools change

If we later add analytics, advertising or other services that use cookies or collect personal information, we will update this policy and the Cookies Policy first. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
